The nesting bug hit just a tiny bit today, and I decided to 'clean up' around my virtual home here. If you are reading in Reader or bloglines, you might want to click over. I like it. Same color scheme, but quieter. How interesting it is to watch my tastes change...I have to admit it was much inspired by Katherine's lovely Evlogia. I finally figured out how to get my Google Reader shared items to load into the sidebar, so my 'Thoughts to Ponder' will update daily-ish vs. once in a very blue moon. And I've changed my reading list- obviously working on this next year's school plans by the books 'in the stack' so to speak.
This is the first time in a two weeks I've felt somewhat well enough to actually sit up at the computer. It feels a bit weird: to sit up and to be able to read for longer than a few minutes, and weirder still to be fussing with the vagaries of HTML coding. I am hoping this bodes well for an arrival of a certain little Bean. *grins*
Thank you for all your prayers, emails, and kind comments. They have definitely been sustaining me! I promise James will update as soon as there is any news to report. But, if the last two weeks has taught us much, don't hold your breath. I've given up predicting....to have such irregularly regular contractions with no discernible pattern for so long...so goofy. The kids have taken to having regular conversations (at my belly button) with Bean along the lines of "it's okay to come out now! We want to play with you! Come on Bean!" Despite the pain, it has really been making me giggle. They all 'get it' except for David, who is really resenting this strange, moving lump that keeps kicking at him when he tries to sit in my non-existent lap.
In other news, if you like Allison Krauss, Nickel Creek, quiet gospel bluegrass (not exactly twangy), put "Peasall Sisters" in Pandora as a station. Lovely, lovely, lovely.

So glad you're feeling well enough to be up a bit... prayers continue for you and yours!
